The Journey or The Destination?

"Not All Who Wander Are Lost" is the second line of J.R.R. Tolkien's poem "The Riddle of Strider" from The Fellowship of the Ring.

Lost in the right direction

When I was traveling out West, I was captivated by the expansive open grasslands. The photo here is from a Foto Safari I took with the family to the Nebraska panhandle in the summer of 2017. We were on our way to Toadstool Geological Park and Campground when we pulled up on a small hill looking over the grasslands. The expanse was breathtaking, but what caught my eye was this horse all by itself. There were many ranches around in the area, so I'm sure the horse wasn't wild. However, the horse seemed so small against the vastness around us. It reminded me that not all those who wander are lost.
