I've been a photo educator for over twenty years now. It's been a rewarding and very challenging career path. It wasn't what I planned, but I'm thrilled to have found it. Along with my regular photo assignments, I am the director of Education at Johnson PhotoImaging in Bradenton, FL—a great place to keep up with the latest gear and a fantastic place to meet photographers. I teach courses about photographing the Milky Way, Landscapes, Low Light Photography, and more. My favorite part of teaching is watching people I've taught or assisted go on to even better work.

Photography is my love and my passion. Join me on a Photo Walk, a Photo Field Trip, or in the classroom, and I'll be happy to share what I know with you. You can find a complete list of classes and events I teach at Johnson PhotoImaging click here.
